About Us
Environmental Fieldwork Limited (EFL) provides practical countryside access, estate management and ecological consultancy services for local authorities and other landowning bodies and individuals.
History: We were established in Aug 96 with financial assistance from Princes Youth Business Trust and The Red Rose Forest.
Structure: EFL operates as a workers’ co-operative which allows each worker member to have control over the way the business is run.
Objectives: EFL's key objectives are:
- To provide a high quality service undertaken with a sustainable and environmentally responsible approach
- To provide employment in practical countryside management
- To work in a way that utilises ethical, environmental and social ideals

Co-founder and director since 1996,
BSc(hons) Environmental Science,
Assoc. Member Institute Public Rights of Way and Access Management,
25 years practical experience including roles in the voluntary, charitable and public sectors.

Joined 2000
BSc (hons) Applied Ecology 1st class, UCert Biological Recording and Species Identification,
MSc Environmental Management (underway) ,
Responsible for Ecological Surveying and Project Management,
15 years experience in voluntary, public and private sectors.
